Randall A. Vannoy, 75, of Vienna, W.Va. passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at Marietta Memorial Hospital.

Randall was born September 2, 1940 at Vienna, a son of the late Albert W. and Anna Mildred Napier Vannoy. Randall was a senior DeMolay and a member of Grace Brethren Church and AMP Retirement Assoc. He was very active in the Post Polio Support Group. He retired in 1999 from American Municipal Power Co. with more than 25 years service as a truck driver.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Lois B. Vannoy; one daughter, Eunice M. Tillett (Tim) of Mitchellsburg, Ky.; foster daughter, Connie Dulaney of Parkersburg, W.Va.; granddaughter, Kazandra Clark; grandson, Randall Tillett; step-grandson, Ray Tillett, all of Mitchellsburg; and a foster grandson, Trenton Dulaney of Parkersburg.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother and two sisters.

Funeral services will be 11 a.m., Friday, December 18, 2015 at the Vaughan Funeral Home, 1010 Murdoch Avenue, Parkersburg. Pastor Scott Hannus will officiate and interment will be in the Evergreen North Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 4-6 p.m. Thursday.
