At three Ruth had polio and had post polio syndrome in her sixties. Despite her physical challenges, Ruth many times stated, “I have had a wonderful life”.   Her life was an example of Ephesians 3:20  “Glory to God, who is able to do far beyond all that we could ask or imagine by his power at work within us.”  Ruth really had an amazing life. - Selma Broadway Pyles

We are grateful to Selma Pyles, daughter of Ruth Broadway, for a generous donation in memory of her Mom to the Ohio Polio Network. In addition the Central Ohio Polio Network is grateful for Selma Pyles' donation of Post-Polio Syndrome books that were her Mom's, in the hopes that they would beneft others with Post-Polio.
