Jay was a special person and a dear friend to all who knew him. A quiet man, very polite, and a gentle and kind person. - that describes Jay! He joined our Akron Post-Polio Support Group years ago and it was only until the last couple of years when his health began to decline that he was unable to attend our meetings anymore. He thoroughly enjoyed our group and loved visiting with various members each month. Jay will be greatly missed and will always hold a special place in our heart. - Akron Post-Polio Support Group
